We hope that you are satisfied with your shopping experience.

We have a 30-day exchange policy on clothing and accessories, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@supportretiredlegends.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 K9 Coffee Returns/Refunds

Due to its perishable nature we are unable to accept returns on our K9 Coffee products. However if you receive damaged goods (upon delivery) please notify is immediately with your order #, photographs of the damage with its original shipping packaging, and we will happily work with you to make it right.
